Outcomes:

• Students will be able to choose the 3 categories that home modifications aims to adjust to help with aging in place and ADLS (including such as bathing, dressing, food prep) with 70% accuracy by properly selecting each from a provided list of home modification interventions on post test.

  Students will be able to match the correct team member with their respective duty within the home modification process with 70% accuracy by properly selected said member from a provided list of team roles on post test. 

• Students will be provided a list of home modification benefits and will be able to recognize the most impactful changes in the home modification process that reflect these benefits with 70% accuracy by properly selecting from multiple choice on post test.

We provide a learning experience via templates, resources, video content, PowerPoint slides, and quiz at the end of the on demand class.
