TRIM creators Jon and Valerie
Valerie has her degree in Kinesiology and has been a Personal Trainer for 12 years. Her husband Jon is a Physical Therapist for over 10 years. Together, they felt the need for a better system for client results - TRIM!
How was TRIM developed?
Valerie was a personal trainer who couldn't lose the weight. She was stuck in the 90's yoyo dieting world and felt like she was always on a diet.
She finally decided to dedicate a year to finding a way to make a life style change over a diet for herself. She tracked what was working, what wasn't working the whole time. She is the personal example of the results TRIM can have for clients worldwide!
